Custom Hats in South Florida
A hat is one of the most-worn pieces of branded merchandise there is — it goes on before someone leaves the house, not just at work or an event. That visibility is exactly why getting the decoration right matters: a curved, structured surface behaves differently than a flat tee, and the right method depends on your logo and the cap style you're starting from.
We decorate hats in-house at our Hallandale Beach shop for businesses, teams, and organizations across Miami-Dade and Broward — structured and unstructured caps, snapback and fitted closures, trucker mesh-backs, all decorated with embroidery or sewn patches depending on what your design calls for. There's no minimum on most styles, and we'll tell you upfront which cap and which decoration method actually fits your logo before you order.
How We Customize Hats
Embroidery is the standard decoration method for hats, and for a practical reason: it holds up on a curved, structured surface the way printed ink often doesn't, and the raised-thread texture reads as premium the moment someone puts the cap on. A structured hat — built with a stiffened front panel — supports more detailed embroidery, including dense fills and 3D puff embroidery, because the lining holds the shape steady under the needle. An unstructured hat, sometimes called a dad hat, has no lining and sits softer and lower on the head, which means it supports simpler, less dense designs cleanly rather than highly detailed ones.
Where a logo has fine detail, small text, or a full-color gradient that embroidery can't reproduce cleanly, a sewn or heat-applied patch is the better call. Patches are made separately — woven for detailed line work, or a flat printed/PVC style for bold color — and then attached to the cap, which also means the same patch design reads differently depending on whether it's mounted to a structured snapback or a soft, floppy dad hat.
Closure and construction affect the finished look as much as the decoration itself: snapback closures are adjustable, fitted caps are sized to the head, and trucker styles pair a structured front panel with a breathable mesh back. We'll walk through which combination of cap and decoration method fits your logo before anything goes into production.

Pricing & Turnaround
Hat pricing is driven by three things: the blank hat itself (structured caps and trucker styles cost more than a plain unstructured dad hat), the decoration method (embroidery is priced by stitch count, patches are priced as a separate made-and-applied piece), and the quantity ordered. As with our other decorated apparel, cost per piece falls as quantity rises.
Most styles have no strict minimum, though patch-decorated hats and very low-quantity structured caps sometimes carry a practical minimum tied to how the blanks are sourced — we'll flag that upfront if it applies to your order rather than let you find out after quoting.
Most hat orders are ready within about 7 to 10 business days after proof approval. Free local pickup is available at our Hallandale Beach shop, and we ship and arrange local delivery across Miami-Dade and Broward.

Custom Hats in South Florida — frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for custom hats?
Most styles have no strict minimum, though patch-decorated hats and very low-quantity structured caps sometimes carry a practical minimum tied to how the blanks are sourced. We'll tell you upfront if that applies to your order before you commit.
Which hat styles and decoration methods do you offer?
Structured caps, unstructured dad hats, trucker mesh-backs, snapback and fitted closures — decorated with embroidery for most logos or a sewn/heat-applied patch for detailed, multi-color, or gradient designs embroidery can't reproduce cleanly.
How long does a custom hat order take?
Most orders are ready in about 7 to 10 business days after you approve your proof. Tell us your deadline when you first reach out and we'll flag early if a rush is needed.
Should I choose embroidery or a patch for my logo?
Embroidery is the standard and works well for most logos, especially on structured caps that support detailed, dense stitching. If your design has fine line detail, small text, or a color gradient, a woven or printed patch reproduces it more cleanly than embroidery can — we'll tell you plainly which fits your logo before you order.
What's the difference between a structured and unstructured hat?
A structured cap has a stiffened front panel that holds its shape and supports more detailed, denser embroidery, including 3D puff. An unstructured (dad hat) cap has no lining, sits lower and softer on the head, and works best with simpler, lower-density designs.
