Custom Mugs & Drinkware Across South Florida
Most promotional products get used once and forgotten. Drinkware is the exception. A branded mug lives on a desk for years, a tumbler rides along on the commute and the job site, and a water bottle goes to the gym four times a week — which means the logo on the side keeps working long after a flyer has been recycled or an ad has been scrolled past. That is the whole case for custom drinkware, and it holds just as true for a twelve-person office as it does for a five-hundred-piece campaign.
Adorb Custom Tees decorates mugs, stainless tumblers, insulated bottles, koozies, and glassware for businesses, schools, teams, and families throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. Every piece is produced in our own shop at 389 NE 2nd Ave in Hallandale Beach, which means you talk to the people actually running the press and the laser rather than a call center forwarding your file to a plant in another state. Nothing here requires a minimum, a contract, or an account — one personalized gift is handled with the same proof and the same care as a company-wide rollout. Pickup at the shop is free, and we ship and deliver across the region.
Printing & Decoration Methods for Custom Drinkware
There is no single best way to decorate a drink container — it depends on what the item is made of, how detailed your artwork is, and how many you need. We run every method below under our own roof, so the recommendation you get is based on what will genuinely look best on your item rather than on the only machine we happen to own. You do not need to know the difference before you get in touch.
Dye-sublimation is the full-color method, and it is what ceramic mugs and coated tumblers call for. Under heat the ink converts straight to gas and bonds into the polymer coating on the surface instead of resting on top of it, leaving nothing raised to scratch at, catch on a lid, or wear thin at the rim. Because it is a genuine full-color process, photographs, gradients, and busy multi-color logos all reproduce faithfully, and artwork can be wrapped the whole way around the item. Color count has no bearing on what it costs to run, so an intricate full-color crest is priced the same as a plain one-color wordmark, and the finished result stands up to the dishwasher.
Laser engraving is the method for stainless steel and other metal drinkware. Rather than adding anything to the surface, a tightly focused beam lifts away a microscopically thin layer of material, so the design becomes part of the object itself. Bare stainless takes on the familiar crisp, frosted-silver etch; powder-coated and anodized tumblers cut through to a contrasting layer beneath the color, which is why a matte black bottle engraves to a bright silver mark. Glass frosts to an elegant matte. An engraved mark cannot fade, peel, chip, or wash away — it reads exactly the same on its thousandth trip through the dishwasher — and it carries a tactile, substantial quality that ink cannot imitate. Color limits and per-color charges simply do not apply, because the process trades in precision and permanence instead of color.
Screen and pad printing handle the spot-color work: bold, solid one- or two-color marks applied directly to ceramic or stainless and then cured. This is the traditional route for a clean, high-contrast logo at volume, and it frequently prices best when the design is simple, the color count is low, and the run is large. Every extra color brings its own setup, so beyond two or three colors sublimation tends to take over for anything with real detail.
Choosing between them is mostly mechanical. Ceramic or coated item with colorful, photographic, or detailed artwork? It gets printed. Bare or coated metal, and you want something permanent and upscale — client gifts, awards, executive pieces? It gets engraved. Simple solid mark and a large run? Spot printing is worth pricing out. Send the item and the artwork and we will say plainly which way we would go, and why.
Whichever route your order takes, a digital proof comes first. It shows the decoration at its true size and position on the actual item, in the actual colors, and we hold production until you have signed off on it. That proof and your artwork stay on file afterward, which is what lets a reorder come back as an exact match rather than a close approximation.

If it holds a drink, there is a good chance we can put your mark on it. These are the pieces we are asked for most across the region:
- Ceramic mugs — the 11 oz and 15 oz office standard, decorated in full color and safe for both dishwasher and microwave. Still the default for desks, cafes, and client gifting.
- Stainless steel tumblers — 12 oz through 30 oz, supplied with lids and either printed or engraved. Double-wall insulation holds temperature for hours, which is precisely why this is the piece that makes most sense in a subtropical climate, and the one businesses reorder most.
- Insulated water bottles — available across a spread of colors and finishes, decorated either way, and a natural fit for gyms, schools, sports programs, and everyday carry.
- Koozies and can coolers — light, inexpensive, full-color, and the simplest way to hand something to a large crowd at an event, a bar, a boat day, or a beach party.
- Travel and commuter mugs — lidded stainless and coated styles sized for a cup holder, printed or engraved, popular for staff gifts and rider giveaways.
- Glassware and wine tumblers — pint glasses, stemless wine tumblers, and stemware, engraved to a clean frosted finish for hospitality, events, and gifting.
- Corporate drinkware programs — one mug, one tumbler, and one bottle carrying your logo identically, held on file so any single piece can be topped up later and still sit alongside the rest without looking off.
- Event, wedding, and party favors — names, dates, and monograms on mugs and tumblers for weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, showers, reunions, and retirements.
Ready-made options are collected in our personalized mugs and personalized tumblers collections. Working with something outside that list is fine too — send a photo of the item and we will tell you whether it can be decorated and how the result will look.
Not sure which piece suits the occasion? Think about where it will end up. Something that stays put on a desk can be a ceramic mug, which keeps the cost down. Something that travels — to the gym, the site, the boat, the school run — justifies an insulated stainless tumbler or bottle, because it gets seen far more often. Anything meant to feel like a proper gift rather than swag is better engraved, on steel or on glass. And when the job is simply to put something in a lot of hands at once, koozies stretch a budget furthest. Describe the setting and roughly what you want to spend, and we will match both the item and the decoration method to it. Ordering one sample before committing to the full run is always an option, since nothing here carries a minimum.

Pricing & Turnaround for Custom Drinkware
Three variables set the price on any drinkware job: which item you pick, how it gets decorated, and how many you order. A ceramic mug or a koozie starts lower than a premium double-wall stainless tumbler; sublimation, engraving, and spot printing each carry their own economics; and the unit price falls as the count climbs. Standard drinkware carries no setup fee and no minimum, so ordering a single engraved keepsake is a perfectly normal request.
We price by quote instead of publishing a rate card. A table that covered every item, method, and quantity combination honestly would be unreadable, and one simple enough to read would have to round everything upward to stay safe — which costs you money. Send the item, an approximate count, and your logo or concept, and an itemized figure comes back, with no obligation.
Volume matters more than people expect. On very small runs the fixed setup is divided among only a few pieces, so the unit cost sits high; somewhere around a couple of dozen it drops off noticeably, and it keeps easing down from there. It is worth quoting the upper end of what you might plausibly use rather than the bare minimum you need this month — the gap between covering half a team and covering all of it, with a few spares boxed up for later, is usually much smaller than expected.
Repeat orders run cheaper and quicker than the first. With your artwork and the approved proof already on file, a second run bypasses setup and proofing entirely and goes directly to production, coming out indistinguishable from the batch before it. For anyone gifting drinkware year-round or restocking staff tumblers seasonally, that means one approval up front and consistent branding from then on.
On timing, plan on roughly 5 to 10 business days from proof approval, with modest orders often landing sooner. If a conference, a launch, an awards night, or a gifting deadline is driving the schedule, say so when you ask for the quote — rush capacity is often available, and knowing the date up front lets us work backward from it instead of discovering it late. Collection from the Hallandale Beach shop at 389 NE 2nd Ave costs nothing, and we ship and deliver throughout South Florida.

Four steps from first message to finished order, with nothing produced until you have seen and approved a proof:
- Tell us what you have in mind. Which item, roughly how many, and whatever artwork you already have — sent through the quote form on this page or over WhatsApp at (954) 932-8543. If the design is still only an idea, describe it; preparing print-ready artwork is included, not billed separately.
- Look over the quote and the mock-up. Back comes an itemized price together with a digital proof of your decoration positioned on the actual item, typically within the same day. Anything you want moved, resized, or recolored gets changed before a single piece is made.
- Give the go-ahead and we make it. On your approval the order is printed or engraved here in Hallandale Beach, generally taking 5 to 10 business days.
- Collect it, or have it sent. Free local pickup is at 389 NE 2nd Ave; otherwise we ship it or run a delivery anywhere in Miami-Dade or Broward.
Coming back for more later is deliberately painless: your files and the approved proof stay with us, so a follow-up run reproduces the original without a fresh round of proofs or another explanation of the job.

Custom Mugs & Drinkware in South Florida — frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for custom mugs or drinkware?
There is no minimum. One personalized tumbler is a normal order for us, and so is a run of several hundred for a company rollout. Quantity affects the per-piece price, never your eligibility to order.
Are printed mugs and tumblers dishwasher- and microwave-safe?
Yes. Full-color sublimation bonds the ink into the coating rather than layering it on top, so printed ceramic mugs handle both the dishwasher and the microwave. Laser-engraved stainless is dishwasher-safe too, since the mark is cut into the metal and has nothing to wash off. Note that insulated stainless drinkware should never go in a microwave, regardless of how it was decorated.
How long does a custom drinkware order take?
Plan on about 5 to 10 business days once you approve your proof, and often less on smaller orders. If you are working toward an event or a gifting deadline, mention the date when you request your quote so we can schedule backward from it and flag whether a rush is needed.
What is the difference between sublimation and laser engraving for drinkware?
Sublimation is a full-color print for ceramic mugs and coated tumblers, and it is the right choice for photographs, gradients, and logos with several colors. Laser engraving is for stainless steel and other metal, etching the design into the material for a permanent, frosted, premium-feeling mark that cannot fade or peel but carries no color. In short: choose sublimation when the artwork needs color, and engraving when the piece needs to last and feel upscale.
