All of our garments are made to order for each customer. Therefore, items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to production, so changes cannot be made if reported the next day. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Orders CANNOT be canceled after they are placed, as payment is processed automaticallyand production begins immediately.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order, with fulfillment taking 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location:
USA: 3-10 business days
Europe: 10-20 business days
Worldwide: 10-27 business days.

What is Priority Shipment?
Priority Shipment accelerates the production process so your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. However, once it leaves our facility, any carrier delays are beyond our control.

To avoid errors, please carefully review your order details, including text, colors, and design placement, before confirming your purchase.
The design will be printed exactly as entered.
We do not modify or correct text errors, so please double-check spelling and details. If the incorrect info was due to an error in the order placement, we cannot offer a refund or replacement, as all items are custom-made based on the details provided at checkout.
