At Adorb Custom Tees, every item is made with care and attention. While most of our products are custom-made and printed just for you, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. Please review our updated policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


๐Ÿ›๏ธ Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items that meet the following conditions:

  • Non-customized items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
  • Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (photo proof required)

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items (including names, dates, phrases, or made-to-order designs)
  • Items returned without prior authorization

๐Ÿ“ฆ How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email hello@adorbcustomtees.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Photo proof if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  2. Once approved, weโ€™ll email you a prepaid return label.
    The $6.95 label cost will be deducted from your refund.

๐Ÿ” Exchanges

If youโ€™d like to exchange your item:

  • Youโ€™ll receive a prepaid label ($6.95).
  • Youโ€™ll need to pay:
    • Any price difference between items (if applicable)
    • A reshipping fee starting at $5.95, depending on how many items are being exchanged

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3โ€“5 business days back to your original payment method.

  • The $6.95 label fee will be deducted from your refund total.
  • If your item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, weโ€™ll cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund or free replacement.
