At Adorb Custom Tees, every item is made with care and attention. While most of our products are custom-made and printed just for you, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. Please review our updated policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
๐๏ธ Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items that meet the following conditions:
- Non-customized items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
- Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (photo proof required)
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Customized or personalized items (including names, dates, phrases, or made-to-order designs)
- Items returned without prior authorization
๐ฆ How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email hello@adorbcustomtees.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photo proof if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Once approved, weโll email you a prepaid return label.
The $6.95 label cost will be deducted from your refund.
๐ Exchanges
If youโd like to exchange your item:
- Youโll receive a prepaid label ($6.95).
- Youโll need to pay:
- Any price difference between items (if applicable)
- A reshipping fee starting at $5.95, depending on how many items are being exchanged
๐ณ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3โ5 business days back to your original payment method.
- The $6.95 label fee will be deducted from your refund total.
- If your item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, weโll cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund or free replacement.
