How Tote Pricing Works
Every tote quote is built from three things: the blank bag, the decoration method, and the quantity. The blank sets the floor — a heavyweight canvas or boat tote costs more than a lightweight cotton grocery tote. The method then prices differently: screen printing prices by the number of colors and the size of the run, DTF prices by the printed area with no per-color charge, and embroidery prices by stitch count, so a dense logo costs more than a simple monogram. Quantity does the rest — per-bag cost falls as the run grows, and the drop is steepest on screen printing. Send the design, the style, and the quantity and we will come back with exact numbers. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
Minimums and the One-Time Digitizing Fee
Printed totes carry low or no minimums, so a small boutique, gift, or wedding order is genuinely fine — you are not forced up to a case quantity you do not need. Embroidered totes work differently: they carry a modest first-order minimum, plus a one-time digitizing fee to convert your logo into a stitch file. That fee is charged once. The stitch file is then yours and applies to every future order at no extra cost, which is why embroidery gets cheaper the longer an account stays with us.
Turnaround, Rush & Delivery
Standard turnaround is roughly 5–10 business days from proof approval on a first-time order; reorders on artwork we already hold run faster. Rush production is available on most orders for an added fee. Event and wedding dates are firm, so tell us the date at the quote stage and we will build the timeline backwards from it rather than promising and hoping. Pickup at our Hallandale Beach shop is always free, local delivery across South Florida is available on larger orders, and we ship US-wide via tracked carrier.

How to Order Custom Tote Bags

- Send your design and details. Message us on WhatsApp at (954) 932-8543 or use the quote form on this page, with your artwork, the tote style and color, the quantity, and any deadline. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal, but a good PNG or JPG works fine, and we can design around a theme — a boutique logo, an event name and date, a wedding monogram — if you do not have finished artwork yet.
- Get your quote and choose a method. We reply, usually within one business day, with blank options, a recommended decoration method, a per-bag price, any digitizing fee, and a turnaround estimate. The quote is free and there is no obligation to proceed.
- Approve the mockup. We send a digital mockup of your design on the chosen tote — a color proof for print, a stitch-out proof for embroidery. Approve it, request changes, or ask questions. Nothing goes into production until you have signed off.
- Pick up or have it delivered. Once your totes are printed or stitched, inspected, and packed, collect them free from our shop at 389 NE 2nd Ave, Hallandale Beach, arrange local delivery on larger orders, or have them shipped US-wide.
