Where do you ship from?

All of our products are printed & shipped in Hallandale Beach, Florida However, if you place an international order, we may redirect your order to one of our international warehouses for faster shipping!

Can I track my package?

You bet! All orders come with full tracking. We will send you the tracking as soon as your order ships - Tracking may take up to 48hr to update by the carrier

How long will it take to get my order?

Fulfillment time can range from 2-3 days depending on volume, as each garment is made to order.

Please note:

  1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
  2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  3. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  4. For order including Canvas/ Poster: Cannot be delivered to PO Box. Product will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
  5. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
