Standard turnaround. First-time orders: 5–7 business days from stitch-out proof approval (digitizing adds 1–2 days). Reorders on existing files: 3–5 business days. Larger orders (100+): 7–10 days depending on garment sourcing.
Same-day reorder for Aventura. Reorders where the stitch file exists and garments are stocked in-house can turn same-day — typically 4–12 pieces of a standard polo, drop-off or phone-in by mid-morning, pickup by close-of-business (or afternoon delivery to Aventura given the seven-minute drive).

The digitized file is yours permanently — every future order with that logo uses the same file with no additional charge, even years later.
How does embroidery pricing scale with quantity?
