Custom DTF Printing in Miami, FL

DTF (direct-to-film) prints your design onto a film and heat-presses it onto almost any fabric — cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, performance wear. It is the most flexible method we run: no screen setup, no color-count surcharge, and it bonds to garments screen printing and DTG cannot touch. For Miami mixed workwear and small-to-mid runs, DTF is often the right call. Our shop at 389 NE 2nd Ave is about 25 minutes north of Miami, so pickup is free and local delivery is quick.

DTF is built for how Miami works — durable logos on the hi-vis, performance shirts, and mixed uniforms that construction crews, movers, and event-production teams actually wear. It presses onto any color garment, survives the wash, and stretches with performance fabric without cracking.

THE PROCESS

What Is DTF Printing?

DTF prints your design onto a film with a white-ink base, then heat-presses it onto the garment — a process that works on virtually any fabric, unlike DTG. Full process detail is on our DTF Printing hub.

Who we print for

DTF Printing for Miami Businesses

DTF wins where the job is durable workwear in mixed fabrics and mid-size runs. Three kinds of Miami crews run DTF most — the construction and trades crews behind the building boom, the movers and PortMiami logistics teams, and the event-production and stage crews. Here is what those orders look like.

DTF-printed hi-vis workwear on a Miami construction crew

Construction & Trades Crews

Miami building boom runs on branded workwear — hi-vis shirts, tees, and mixed uniforms across a whole crew. DTF presses a durable logo onto any of them, whatever the fabric, and holds up to daily wear on the site. We keep the art on file and reorder as crews grow.

Movers, Logistics & Port Crews

Moving companies and the logistics crews around PortMiami need durable, branded crew shirts that survive heavy days. DTF bonds a full-color logo onto work shirts and performance tees in runs as small as a dozen with no setup fee, and reorders match every time.

Event-Production & Stage Crews

Miami events industry runs on black crew shirts — durable, full-color logos on performance fabric that read under stage lights and survive load-in and load-out. DTF prints the color and stretches with the shirt, and we turn small crew orders around fast.

FAQ

DTF Printing in Miami — frequently asked questions

What fabrics does DTF printing work on?

Virtually any material: cotton, polyester, tri-blend, moisture-wicking performance fabric, ripstop workwear, canvas, denim, and headwear panels. Because the transfer carries its own white underbase, dark and light garments both print equally bright.

Does DTF have a minimum order requirement in Miami?

No — one shirt or five hundred run through the identical process. DTF exists precisely for small runs and mixed-garment orders that wouldn't justify a screen-printing setup.

DTF vs. screen printing — which is the better fit?

Screen printing wins past around 50 pieces of the same design on the same garment — lower cost per unit and slightly better long-term durability. DTF is the better choice for smaller orders, multicolor or photo-quality art, mixed-garment runs, and fabrics screens can't handle.

How does DTF differ from DTG?

DTG has a softer hand on light 100% cotton because the ink sits inside the fibers. DTF pulls ahead on fabric range, mixed-garment orders, and cost above roughly 10–15 pieces. If you're unsure, send your garment and art and we'll quote both methods.

Can you print mixed-garment orders for Little Havana restaurants and shops?

Yes — restaurants and retail businesses around Calle Ocho and Little Havana often need one logo across several garment types (front-of-house polos, kitchen tees, event caps), and DTF covers that in a single production run.

What's the difference between DTF and UV DTF?

Standard DTF (this page) decorates fabric — shirts, hoodies, caps, workwear. UV DTF is a separate process for rigid hard surfaces: phone cases, tumblers, bottles, signage. We run both; see our UV DTF page for hard-substrate items.
