No fixed minimum, though price per shirt improves noticeably past 12 pieces and again past 25. Under about a dozen shirts of one design, DTG or DTF usually costs less — we'll recommend whichever actually fits your order.
Up to 6 spot colors on most designs. Each color adds a screen and a setup pass, so cost rises with color count, but the payoff is unbeatable color saturation and wash durability at volume. Gradients and photo art are better suited to DTG or DTF.
