Screen printing has no fixed minimum, but the price per shirt only becomes competitive past about two dozen pieces of one design. We don't run screen printing; we print Miami orders with DTF transfers, which have no minimum, so a dozen shirts or one shirt is a normal order.
Screen prints typically use up to six spot colors, and each color adds a screen and a setup pass, so cost rises with color count. Gradients and photo art suit DTF better, and DTF is how we print: every color prints at once.
In screen printing, a fixed setup per color is spread across the run, so the per-shirt price drops steeply as quantity climbs. DTF, which we print, has no per-color setup, so it is priced per piece from the first shirt. Send your garment and quantity for an exact quote.
Cured plastisol screen prints are built for many wash cycles, and a DTF print, which is what we make, lasts through regular washing too with the right care: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang, and never iron directly over the print.
