Because these orders are typically deadline-driven around an event date, we quote turnaround honestly against the event and confirm feasibility before starting. Most Downtown Hollywood DTG orders pick up at our shop the same or next day; for time-sensitive event apparel, we can also arrange late-day pickup or morning-of delivery on the event day itself.

Turnaround

Standard: DTG orders under 25 pieces run 2–4 business days from artwork approval. Orders of 25–50 pieces: 3–5 business days.

Same-day availability for Hollywood: Because DTG requires no overnight screen preparation, true same-day pickup is realistic. Drop off print-ready artwork at 389 NE 2nd Ave by noon on a weekday (nine minutes north of Hollywood on Federal Highway) and same-day pickup by 5:30 PM is standard on orders under 15 pieces on stocked cotton shirts. Same-day on dark garments is possible but tighter — the white underbase step adds print time.

Local delivery to Hollywood: Delivery to 33019, 33020, 33021 and 33024 is available on orders above 15 pieces at a flat delivery fee, or free on orders above 25 pieces.    Preferred format: 300 dpi PNG with transparent background at print size (up to 14" wide). PDF and JPG also welcome. For photographic art (memorial, family reunion, gallery event shirts) the highest resolution you have is best. We can improve poor-quality artwork through our art team for a small prep fee.

   Approve the Proof

   Digital mock-up shows your design at scale on the actual garment color. Approve, request revisions, or ask questions. For personalized orders (different names or numbers on each shirt) we send a name list for you to double-check before production.

   Production

   Each shirt is pretreated, printed, and heat-cured. Personalized orders run individually rather than in a batch, so quantity matters more than for standard orders. Notification when your order is ready.

   Pickup or Delivery to Hollywood

   Pick up in person at 389 NE 2nd Ave (free, Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, nine minutes north of Hollywood on Federal Highway). Opt for local Hollywood delivery on orders above 15 pieces.
