Embroidery is the Hollywood hospitality standard. The polos worn by Broadwalk restaurant hosts, the front-desk uniforms at the Marriott corridor hotels, the valet shirts at Seminole Hard Rock, the maintenance crew apparel at the Beach and Downtown Hollywood building portfolios — most of it stitches on our multi-head embroidery machine in Hallandale, nine minutes north on Federal Highway.

Because we keep digitized artwork on file for every recurring Hollywood account, reorder cycles for hotel and building uniforms typically ship or pick up in three to five business days. Standard polos in stocked sizes and colors are often same-day when the design is already on file — a Hollywood hotel concierge can call in a same-day uniform reorder for a new hire and pick up (or receive delivery) by end-of-business the same afternoon. First-time embroidery orders require a one-time digitizing step; the digitized stitch file is yours permanently for every future reorder.

Because our shop is nine minutes north of Hollywood, our Hollywood embroidery customers are the hospitality and corporate accounts that need premium finish, dependable reorder cycles, and local delivery. Marriott Corridor & Beachfront Hotel Uniforms

The Marriott corridor along Hollywood Beach and the beachfront hotel properties (from the Diplomat down to the smaller boutique properties) run embroidered uniform programs across every hospitality role: front-desk polos, valet shirts, concierge apparel, spa uniforms, housekeeping tops, catering-crew shirts for private events, restaurant service polos. Typical order sizes: 20–100 pieces per role per year with periodic seasonal refresh orders in between.

We keep digitized artwork on file for every Hollywood hospitality account and match thread color to the property's brand standard on the first order — same thread for every reorder going forward. For time-sensitive orders (new hire day-one apparel, event-catering staffing) we turn 6–12 polo reorders in 24–48 hours if the stitch file exists and the garments are in stock. Delivery to the hotel loading dock or uniform room by appointment; free delivery on orders above 50 pieces.

Embroidery pricing depends on stitch count, not color count. A logo with three colors and 5,000 stitches costs the same to run as a logo with three colors and 5,000 stitches — the price is driven by machine run time. Garment cost is separate.

The One-Time Digitizing Fee

First-time embroidery orders on a new logo require a one-time digitizing fee, typically $30–$75 depending on logo complexity. Simple text-only logos are $30; complex multi-color logos with detailed elements are $75. The digitized file is yours forever — every future order using that logo uses the same file with no additional digitizing charge. That's why the digitizing fee looks large next to a single small order but disappears over the life of a Hollywood hospitality account.

Turnaround

First-time orders: 5–7 business days from stitch-out proof approval (digitizing adds 1–2 days). Reorders on existing digitized logos: 3–5 business days. Larger orders (100+) or specialty garments may add 2–5 days for garment sourcing.

Same-day reorder for Hollywood: Reorders where the digitized stitch file exists AND the garments are in our stocked inventory can turn same-day — usually 4–12 pieces of a standard polo we stock, drop-off or phone-in by mid-morning, pickup by close-of-business. First-time orders always require the stitch-out proof step, which is not a same-day process.

Local delivery to Hollywood: Delivery to 33019, 33020, 33021 and 33024 is available on orders above 20 pieces (flat fee), or free on orders above 50 pieces. For hospitality accounts (hotel loading dock, uniform room), we deliver by appointment on the twice-weekly Hollywood route.

   Send Your Logo

   Preferred format: vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) so our digitizer can work at full resolution. Raster formats (PNG, JPG) usable but digitizer may need to redraw fine details — send the highest-quality version you have. We can also digitize from a physical printed logo.

   Get a Quote & Digitizing Estimate

   Send logo, garment type and quantity, deadline. We reply with per-garment embroidery price, garment options and pricing, the one-time digitizing fee, and turnaround estimate. Quotes usually returned within one business day. Digitizing only billed if you proceed with production.

   Approve the Stitch-Out Proof

   Once digitizing is complete, we send a digital rendering of the finished stitched logo. For Hollywood hospitality and corporate accounts where brand fidelity is critical, a physical stitch-out on scrap fabric is included at no extra charge. No production until you approve.

   Production

   Garments hooped and loaded onto the machine. Our six-head embroidery machine embroiders six garments simultaneously — a 30-polo reorder runs in five machine cycles. Each finished piece inspected, trimmed, folded.

   Pickup or Delivery to Hollywood

   Pick up in person at 389 NE 2nd Ave (free, Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, nine minutes north of Hollywood via Federal Highway). Local Hollywood delivery on orders above 20 pieces. For recurring hospitality accounts, delivery to your specified location by appointment — hotel loading dock, uniform room, property management office. Payment at pickup or before delivery; credit card, ACH, business check. Repeat customers set up net-15 or net-30 terms.
