Serving Hollywood

Custom Embroidery Serving Hollywood, FL

Embroidery is the Hollywood hospitality standard. The polos worn by Broadwalk restaurant hosts, the front-desk uniforms at the Marriott corridor hotels, the valet shirts at Seminole Hard Rock, the maintenance crew apparel at the Beach and Downtown Hollywood building portfolios — most of it stitches on our multi-head embroidery machine in Hallandale, nine minutes north on Federal Highway.

Because we keep digitized artwork on file for every recurring Hollywood account, reorder cycles for hotel and building uniforms typically ship or pick up in three to five business days. Standard polos in stocked sizes and colors are often same-day when the design is already on file — a Hollywood hotel concierge can call in a same-day uniform reorder for a new hire and pick up (or receive delivery) by end-of-business the same afternoon. First-time embroidery orders require a one-time digitizing step; the digitized stitch file is yours permanently for every future reorder.

The Process

What Is Custom Embroidery?

Custom embroidery stitches your logo into a garment using polyester or rayon thread on a computerized multi-head embroidery machine. The result is a raised, textured, durable logo that becomes part of the garment itself — no ink, no film, no coating that can crack or wash away. Embroidery is the standard for corporate polos, structured caps, hospitality uniforms, jackets, and any garment where a premium finish matters.

How the Embroidery Process Works

Your logo is digitized into a stitch file — a one-time process per logo, and the file is yours permanently. The garment is hooped taut and loaded onto the machine. Our multi-head embroidery machine runs multiple garments in parallel using pre-loaded thread colors. A six-color logo on 24 polos finishes in the time of one polo — the machine embroiders six at a time. Each finished piece is inspected, trimmed, folded, and packaged.

Embroidery vs Screen Printing

Screen printing lays ink on the surface; embroidery stitches thread into the fabric. Embroidery wins on premium look, on high-friction garments (chef coats, valet shirts, mechanic uniforms), on structured garments (caps, jackets, fleece), on longevity. Screen printing wins on large-area coverage (full-back designs), on t-shirts and hoodies where premium isn't the goal, and on price at higher quantities.

Embroidery vs DTF

DTF wins on cost at any quantity, on full-color/photographic art, on large print sizes where embroidery stitch counts would balloon. Embroidery wins on premium finish, on hospitality and corporate applications where a stitched logo signals investment, on caps and structured garments, on garments that see rough use.

When Embroidery Is the Right Choice

Embroidery is right for: polo, jacket, cap, fleece, or structured piece where premium matters; corporate, hospitality, or property management customer where a stitched logo is expected; high-friction garment (chef coats, mechanic shirts, valet uniforms); logo that must last as long as the garment. Skip embroidery on: large full-back athletic prints (use screen printing), single one-off shirts (use DTG), photographic art (use DTF or DTG), t-shirt-only casual orders (use screen printing).

Who We Embroider For

Embroidery for Hollywood Businesses

Because our shop is nine minutes north of Hollywood, our Hollywood embroidery customers are the hospitality and corporate accounts that need premium finish, dependable reorder cycles, and local delivery. Three categories dominate our Hollywood embroidery volume: Marriott corridor and beachfront hotel uniform programs, Broadwalk restaurant and hospitality polos, and the Seminole Hard Rock plus Hollywood property management portfolios that reorder maintenance and event apparel on a schedule.

Marriott Corridor & Beachfront Hotel Uniforms

The Marriott corridor along Hollywood Beach and the beachfront hotel properties (from the Diplomat down to the smaller boutique properties) run embroidered uniform programs across every hospitality role: front-desk polos, valet shirts, concierge apparel, spa uniforms, housekeeping tops, catering-crew shirts for private events, restaurant service polos. Typical order sizes: 20–100 pieces per role per year with periodic seasonal refresh orders in between.

We keep digitized artwork on file for every Hollywood hospitality account and match thread color to the property's brand standard on the first order — same thread for every reorder going forward. For time-sensitive orders (new hire day-one apparel, event-catering staffing) we turn 6–12 polo reorders in 24–48 hours if the stitch file exists and the garments are in stock. Delivery to the hotel loading dock or uniform room by appointment; free delivery on orders above 50 pieces.

Capabilities

What We Can Embroider

Embroidery works best on structured, medium-weight garments where the fabric hoops cleanly and the needle can penetrate without distortion.

👕

Garments & Fabrics

Best for: polos, button-down shirts, jackets, fleece, sweatshirts, caps (front, side, back), beanies, aprons, bags. Also works: t-shirts (heavier fabrics hoop better), hoodies, chef coats, work shirts, jerseys with knit panels.

Not recommended: athletic mesh with holes, waterproof rain jackets (needle penetration compromises waterproofing), very thin single-jersey knits.

Thread: polyester or rayon. Polyester more durable and colorfast under bleach; rayon slightly higher sheen. 400+ standard colors; Pantone matching available on request.

📐

Sizes & Placements

Left-chest 3.5–4" · Full-back up to 12"×10" · Sleeve up to 3.5"×2" · Cap front up to 4.5"×2.25" · Cap back/side up to 3.5"×1.5" · Tote/apron up to 10"×10" · Personalized name over pocket up to 3.5"×0.5". Non-standard placements available on request.

Logo detail note: Very fine text (under ~5mm), very thin lines (under ~0.5mm), and photographic detail don't reproduce in thread. For gradients or photos, DTF or DTG is the right method.

Pricing & Turnaround

Pricing, Digitizing & Turnaround in Hollywood

Embroidery pricing depends on stitch count, not color count. A logo with three colors and 5,000 stitches costs the same to run as a logo with three colors and 5,000 stitches — the price is driven by machine run time. Garment cost is separate.

The One-Time Digitizing Fee

First-time embroidery orders on a new logo require a one-time digitizing fee, typically $30–$75 depending on logo complexity. Simple text-only logos are $30; complex multi-color logos with detailed elements are $75. The digitized file is yours forever — every future order using that logo uses the same file with no additional digitizing charge. That's why the digitizing fee looks large next to a single small order but disappears over the life of a Hollywood hospitality account.

Turnaround

First-time orders: 5–7 business days from stitch-out proof approval (digitizing adds 1–2 days). Reorders on existing digitized logos: 3–5 business days. Larger orders (100+) or specialty garments may add 2–5 days for garment sourcing.

Same-day reorder for Hollywood: Reorders where the digitized stitch file exists AND the garments are in our stocked inventory can turn same-day — usually 4–12 pieces of a standard polo we stock, drop-off or phone-in by mid-morning, pickup by close-of-business. First-time orders always require the stitch-out proof step, which is not a same-day process.

Local delivery to Hollywood: Delivery to 33019, 33020, 33021 and 33024 is available on orders above 20 pieces (flat fee), or free on orders above 50 pieces. For hospitality accounts (hotel loading dock, uniform room), we deliver by appointment on the twice-weekly Hollywood route.

Order Process

How to Order Custom Embroidery in Hollywood

  1. 1

    Send Your Logo

Preferred format: vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) so our digitizer can work at full resolution. Raster formats (PNG, JPG) usable but digitizer may need to redraw fine details — send the highest-quality version you have. We can also digitize from a physical printed logo.

  2. 2

Get a Quote & Digitizing Estimate

Send logo, garment type and quantity, deadline. We reply with per-garment embroidery price, garment options and pricing, the one-time digitizing fee, and turnaround estimate. Quotes usually returned within one business day. Digitizing only billed if you proceed with production.

  3. 3

    Approve the Stitch-Out Proof

Once digitizing is complete, we send a digital rendering of the finished stitched logo. For Hollywood hospitality and corporate accounts where brand fidelity is critical, a physical stitch-out on scrap fabric is included at no extra charge. No production until you approve.

  4. 4

    Production

Garments hooped and loaded onto the machine. Our six-head embroidery machine embroiders six garments simultaneously — a 30-polo reorder runs in five machine cycles. Each finished piece inspected, trimmed, folded.

  5. 5

    Pickup or Delivery to Hollywood

Pick up in person at 389 NE 2nd Ave (free, Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, nine minutes north of Hollywood via Federal Highway). Local Hollywood delivery on orders above 20 pieces. For recurring hospitality accounts, delivery to your specified location by appointment — hotel loading dock, uniform room, property management office. Payment at pickup or before delivery; credit card, ACH, business check. Repeat customers set up net-15 or net-30 terms.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions about Custom Embroidery in Hollywood

What's the minimum for custom embroidery?

No minimum — order one polo or one thousand. One-time digitizing fee ($30–$75) on new designs; the digitized file is yours forever and applies to all future orders with no additional charge.

How large can you embroider?

Standard left-chest logos are 3.5–4 inches wide. Full-back designs up to 12 inches wide. We embroider caps, polos, jackets, tote bags and aprons. Very small designs (under 1 inch) may not resolve cleanly.

What is the digitizing fee and why does it exist?

Digitizing converts your logo artwork into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine exactly where every needle penetration goes. One-time craft process per logo, $30–$75 depending on complexity. File yours permanently — every future order with that logo uses the same file at no additional charge.

How does embroidery pricing scale?

Pricing scales with stitch count more than color count. Left-chest logo (5,000–7,000 stitches): 12 polos $10–$14/piece, 25 polos $8–$12, 50 polos $7–$10, 100+ polos $6–$9. Larger logos price higher. Garment cost separate.

Do you handle hotel and hospitality uniform reorders in Hollywood?

Yes — Hollywood hotels along the Marriott corridor, Broadwalk restaurants, and Seminole Hard Rock hospitality teams are regular embroidery accounts. Artwork stays digitized on file, so reorders are typically a phone call: sizes, quantities, and pickup or delivery to Hollywood. Standard polos in stocked sizes often turn same-day.

Can you set up an ongoing uniform program for a Hollywood business?

Yes — corporate and hospitality uniform programs are a specialty. We handle the initial digitizing (one-time), stock the garment styles and sizes your team wears, and structure reorders on a schedule (quarterly, at new-hire onboarding, or on demand). Billing can be per-order or consolidated monthly. For Hollywood hotel portfolios or property management groups with multiple properties, we can quote the whole portfolio as a program and reduce per-piece cost across the mix.
