A screen print is usually limited by the press and the budget: each added color needs another screen and another setup step, so cost rises with color count, which is why it suits simple spot-color art. Adorb doesn't run screen printing. With the DTF transfers we print, every color prints at once, so a photo or a gradient is set up the same way as a one-color logo.
Screen printing charges a setup for each color, a flat cost divided across the whole order, so larger runs cost much less per piece than small ones. DTF has no per-color setup, so a small run is not penalized and a large one is quoted by the piece. Tell us your garment, design and quantity and we will quote it, usually the same day.
A well-cured screen print with plastisol ink is built to last through many washes. Adorb doesn't run screen printing; the DTF transfers we print are heat-pressed in-house to bond with the fabric.
