Screen printing has no hard cutoff, but it usually pays off past about two dozen pieces of one design, because every color needs its own screen and setup. Adorb doesn't run screen printing. We print DTF transfers, which need no screens, so there is no minimum with us: one shirt or a hundred is a normal order.

Screen prints typically use up to six spot colors per design, and each color needs its own screen, so cost scales with color count. For photographic or gradient designs, DTF is the better fit, and DTF is how we print: every color prints at once.

In screen printing, a flat setup for each color spreads across the order, so the per-shirt price falls as quantity rises. DTF, which we print, has no per-color setup, so it is priced per piece from the first shirt. Send your quantity and colors for an exact quote.

Properly cured plastisol screen prints are built for many wash cycles, and a DTF print, which is what we make, lasts through regular washing too with the right care: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang, and never iron directly over the print.

Yes. We print staff and event shirts in full color with DTF for offices and retailers in Downtown Doral, and vendor and volunteer tees for community events such as the annual Doral Food and Wine Festival. Tell us the event date and we will plan backward from it, and we keep your artwork on file so festival reorders are quick.

Yes. We print numbered jerseys and spirit shirts with DTF, and each player's number and name print as part of the transfer, so a youth team from the Doral Central Park or Doral Legacy Park area can order a full roster as one job. Send the roster, sizes and season start date and we will plan backward from it.
