Screen Printing in Kendall, Explained

Screen printing is the classic choice when a Kendall order is 25 shirts or more of the same design, and Adorb doesn't run screen-printing presses. We print those orders in full color with DTF transfers at 389 NE 2nd Ave in Hallandale Beach, about 40 minutes north of Kendall: an easy drive on US-1 and the Palmetto. There are no screens to set up and no minimum, pickup is free, and larger orders can be delivered into Kendall.

Screen printing is the workhorse for bigger runs. The artwork is burned onto screens, one per color, and once the setup is done every shirt after it is fast, so the more shirts in the order, the less each piece costs. That is why it is the go-to for team jerseys, spirit shirts, HOA event tees and corporate bulk orders where you need a few dozen, a hundred or more shirts that all look identical. We print those same kinds of orders with DTF.

How it works

What Is Screen Printing?

One screen, one color, one pass, repeated until the design is complete. That layered ink is what makes screen printing a durable, low-cost-per-piece choice for large matching orders. The Custom Screen Printing hub has the full technical walkthrough.

Who orders it

Who Orders Screen Printing in Kendall

From the ball fields to the boardroom, here is who usually orders screen printing across Kendall, and how we print the same jobs with DTF.

Kendall Youth Sports & Schools

Kendall's packed youth-sports and school calendar means plenty of team orders: baseball, soccer and flag-football leagues, plus spirit shirts and club tees for campuses near Miami-Dade College Kendall. A whole roster in matching colors is a classic screen-printing job. With DTF, each player's number and name print as part of the same transfer, so a full roster is one order. Send the roster, sizes and your tournament or season start date and we will plan backward from it; larger orders can be delivered into Kendall.

HOA & Community Events in The Hammocks & Kendall Lakes

The Hammocks, Kendall Lakes and Country Walk run a steady stream of HOA mixers, block parties and community fundraisers, and matching shirts make volunteers easy to spot. Bold one- or two-color designs read clearly across a crowded event, and DTF prints them, or a full-color design, with no screens to set up. Send us your logo and headcount and we will quote the whole community as one job, with most orders ready in 1 to 10 days, depending on order size.

Corporate & Retail Bulk Near Dadeland Mall

Kendall businesses, from shops near Dadeland Mall and The Falls to offices and warehouses along US-1, order bulk shirts for staff uniforms, grand openings and promo giveaways. Screen printing is a common way to put a clean logo on 50, 100 or more matching shirts; we print those orders with DTF, and we keep your artwork on file so reorders when you hire or restock stay quick and consistent. Larger orders can be delivered, and pickup at the shop is free.

Capabilities

What Can Be Screen Printed

Most screen printing is done on cotton: tees, hoodies, jerseys, totes and aprons, though cotton-poly blends print well with the right ink. DTF covers the same garments and adds polyester and performance fabrics. The Custom Screen Printing hub has fabric notes for screen printing.

Pricing & timing

Pricing, Quantities & Turnaround in Kendall

Screen printing adds a screen for every ink color, so the one-time setup is shared across the whole order, and the more shirts there are, the smaller each shirt's share. A DTF print has no per-color setup, so a full-color design sets up the same way as a one-color one. Most orders are ready in 1 to 10 days, depending on order size; send your design and quantity for a quote, usually the same day.

FAQ

Screen Printing in Kendall — frequently asked questions

Can you print numbered uniforms for Kendall Optimist youth leagues?

Yes. Youth baseball, flag football, soccer and cheer teams across Kendall, from the Optimist programs to West Kendall soccer, usually need jerseys, practice tees and parent spirit shirts. We print those with DTF, and each player's number and name print as part of the same transfer, so individual numbering is not a separate setup. Tell us your opening-weekend or season start date and we will plan backward from it; if the date is tight, ask about a rush order, since same-day options may be available.

Do you print staff shirts for retail and restaurants around Dadeland?

Yes. Shops, salons and restaurants around Dadeland Mall, The Falls and the Kendall Drive strip centers often need staff tees and embroidered polos. We print the tees with DTF and embroider the polos in-house, and we keep your artwork on file so the next hiring wave is a quick reorder.
